The Tholian Emperor was a high ranking member of Tholian society in the mirror universe holding the title of emperor.
Biography[]
The Tholian Emperor was one of several individuals within the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance that attempted to take the position of overseer. (DS9 - Dark Passions novel:[citation needed])
- It's not known whether the position has a counterpart within the Tholian Assembly of the standard universe.
