The Thomas Jefferson was a Federation museum ship, named for Thomas Jefferson, that entered into The Great Starship Race in 2269. She was commanded by Captain Sue Hardee. The New Pride of Baltimore was the winner of the race and reached Gullrey first. (TOS novel: "The Great Starship Race").
