Timofei Vasska (born 1960) was an officer in the Soviet Navy during the 20th century. In 1995, he was the executive officer of the aircraft carrier Sergei G. Gorshkov under his friend Captain Arkady Reykov. That year, the carrier was destroyed in the Black Sea and the crew consumed by an alien creature. The crews' life essences remained alive and aware inside the creature until they were freed by the crew of the USS Enterprise-D in 2364. (TNG novel: Ghost Ship)
