Tokk was a male Romulan officer of the Romulan Star Empire in the 24th century. As of 2377, Tokk held the rank of Commander, and was commanding officer of the warbird IRW Lomiya.

In 2377, Tokk and the Lomiya investigated the presence of a Starfleet shuttlecraft, the Shirley, at Galorndon Core. Following this encounter, Tokk continued to monitor the movements of the Shirley, and then the USS Amazon, eventually tracking them back to the Hanolin asteroid belt, in neutral space. After witnessing the mysterious and sudden appearance of the USS da Vinci, and detecting an unknown power source aboard the Amazon, Tokk confronted the two smaller crafts and boarded the Amazon. He attempted to confiscate the mysterious device which had been dubbed "the Zapper"; however, before he could, he was recalled to Romulus by Praetor Hiren for crossing the Romulan Neutral Zone and jeopardizing the Empire's ceasefire with the Federation.
