Tolar'tu was a town located on Qo'noS and was the site of a fierce battle between the Followers of Kahless and the armies of the tyrant Molor. After Kahless the Unforgettable's victory, it became the site of the founding of modern day Klingon civilization. (TNG novel: Kahless)
