A tongo wheel.

Tongo was a Ferengi game of chance involving playing cards and a roulette-like wheel. (DS9 episode: "Playing God")

A number of tongo parlors existed on Ferenginar, including Geln's Tongo Parlor. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: Ferenginar: Satisfaction is Not Guaranteed)

It was also one of several games one could play at Quark's. (DS9 episodes: "Rules of Acquisition", "Playing God", "Change of Heart")

Jadzia Dax was a highly successful Tongo player and made a lot of money playing at Quark's. To her misfortune she was less successful in her weekend wrestling matches against Benjamin Sisko where she lost most of her Tongo amassed riches. (DS9 novel: Avatar, Book One)

William T. Riker was also a skilled Tongo player, and had made a considerable sum during his visits to Quark's. (TNG - Slings and Arrows eBook: A Weary Life)
