Topez Anat was a young Thallonian whose family had a long history of service to Si Cwan's family. In the New Thallonian Protectorate he worked in Building Three of the planetary defense grid on New Thallon. He died in an orbital barrage arranged by the clone of Kalinda. (NF novel: Missing in Action)
