Toric was a Malurian male who was a member of the Raldul alignment and lived in the 22nd century.

Biography[]

In 2164, as part of Dular Garos's plan to destabize the Rigelian Trade Commission with the help of the First Families of Rigel, Toric was disguised as Assistant Director Rehlen Vons. As Vons, he was the escort of several landing parties from the USS Pioneer. Eventually he invited them to the secure archives on Rigel V. Once there, he enacted a plan to steal state secrets and kidnap Lieutenant Samuel Kirk and Ensign Bodor chim Grev with a group of Rigelian assassins led by Damreg.

In the following days, Toric tried to coerce the Starfleet officers into decrypting the stolen files. When Garos found out that the First Families betrayed them, he contacted Toric and tried to warn him, but it was too late, and Toric was killed by Damreg.
