Tova'dok was a Klingon concept that can be described as a "moment of clarity". (DS9 episode: "Soldiers of the Empire")

In 2373, Worf and Martok experienced a moment of tova'dok in Internment Camp 371. Martok had seen Worf wanted to be killed by the Jem'Hadar, but Worf changed his mind when he realised Martok knew his intent. The pair would experience another moment of tova'dok aboard the IKS Rotarran later that year. (DS9 episode: "Soldiers of the Empire")
