Traxadine is a sedative drug used by Vulcan physicians in the 23rd century.

History[]

In the emergency room of the Vulcan Science Academy Hospital in 2267, Dr. Daniel Corrigan asked a Vulcan nurse to get 10 ccs of traxadine to sedate an injured, delirious Lemnorian, to keep him from moving and hurting himself further. The writhing giant banged his broken arm against the wall and had to be held down by Corrigan and six Vulcans before healer Sorel arrived to inject him with the loaded hypospray.
