The Treaty of Peace was a diplomatic agreement between Earth and the Romulan Star Empire which brought about a peaceful resolution to the Earth-Romulan War.

The negotiations were conducted through subspace radio and established the Romulan Neutral Zone to serve as a border where Federation and Romulan ships were prohibited from crossing. (FASA reference: Starfleet Intelligence Manual: Agent's Orientation Sourcebook)

In the novel continuity, a similar treaty that was formed were the Cheron Accords.
