The Trelian are a small grey spiritual race from the Gamma Quadrant.
Individuals of the species are often found on journeys of self enlightenment.
In the 24th century they twice resisted Dominion control resulting a deadly Jem'Hadar retaliation (The Jem'Hadar Taran'atar was involved in one such strike).
