In the mirror universe, Dr. Tristan Adams was a Terran doctor who was the head of the Tantalus colony in 2264.
He was responsible for inmate rehabilitation and the latest developments in agonizer advances. (TOS - Shards and Shadows short story: "The Greater Good")
