Troilus was the capital city of the planet Troyius, a member of the United Federation of Planets.
It was home to a spaceport constructed in the late 23rd century. There was also the Interplanetary Bazaar, a huge market that enabled the trade of goods such as dilithium, though in limited quantities and strictly controlled by the government (FASA RPG module: The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge).
