Trout amandine is a seafood dish originating on Earth, made from trout prepared with almonds.
This dish, with pineapple, was one of many prepared in the food processor units aboard the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701). (Pocket Books's Mr Scott's Guide to the Enterprise)
- In ENT: "Singularity", this dish was listed in the Enterprise (NX-01) Chef's Friday, 13 August 2152 menu as it's American spelling, Trout almondine.
