Doctor Tully was a female Human, and a respected archaeologist in the 23rd century. Her logs on the excavation of planet Chi Rho III were required reading at Starfleet Academy in the 2290s, much to her chagrin, as she did not consider herself old enough for such distinction. In 2293, she led a Federation Archaeology Council dig on planet Vulcan, searching for the legendary lost city of ShiGral. She nicknamed the site "Camp Camelot", as a reflection of the city's near-mythic nature. When that project was terminated, Tully was reassigned to a project on Andoria.
