Turan'Ekan was a Jem'Hadar. Turan'Ekan was an Alpha Jem'Hadar, one created in the Alpha Quadrant rather the Gamma Quadrant.

In 2375, Turan'Ekan and two other Jem'Hadar soldiers, accompanied by Ekoor and another Cardassian, located Kira Nerys, Damar and Garak in the basement of Enabran Tain's home. Mila was killed and Turan'Ekan was ordered to execute their detainees. Ekoor and his fellow Cardassian turned on the Jem'Hadar and Turan'Ekan was killed, Ekoor's revenge for the destruction of Lakarian City. (DS9 episode: "What You Leave Behind")

Turan'Ekan was played by Christopher Halsted. The characters name is from the Star Trek card game, as is the fact he was bred in the Alpha Quadrant.
