Twig tea (or kukicha) is a beverage of Japanese origin.

Elias Vaughn enjoyed drinking it. In 2376, he drank it in Deep Space 9's operations center and planned to make Julian Bashir a cup when they were discussing Section 31. (DS9 novel: Abyss)
