By 2379, he was serving as an engineer's mate on the freighter Caedera under Trenigar.
Tzazil, along with the rest of the Caedera's crew, was killed by Erovan M'Rill after an arrest warrant was issued for the Caedera following the discovery of the freighter's part in transporting contraband material to Tezwa. (TNG novel: A Time to Heal)
