The USS Danton Abrams (NCC-8001) was an Ambassador Hardin-class Federation heavy cruiser starship in the 24th century, entering Starfleet service on reference stardate 3/0002.

Service history and disposition[]

The second Hardin-class ship constructed, the Abrams was built at the shipyards of Argelius II. (FASA RPG module: Star Trek: The Next Generation Officer's Manual)

Although there was no person named Danton Abrams mentioned in any other Star Trek releases, the class is noted to be named for influential figures in Federation history.
