In 2374, the Blackthorne engaged a Dominion battlecruiser in combat resulting in the destruction of the latter ship. Following this victory, the Blackthorne patrolled the Styx Rift. This starship later participated in the Second Battle of Vulcanis. (Decipher RPG module: Starships)
