The USS Bolivar (NCC-4411) was a Larson-class Federation destroyer in service in the 23rd century.

On reference stardate 2/0208, the Bolivar led a small detachment of destroyers into an uncontrolled area near the Romulan Neutral Zone. When Starfleet failed to establish contact with the task force they dispatched a rescue fleet to the region but was unable to locate anything but a damaged warp nacelle belonging to the USS Alesia. Although Starfleet believed the Romulans were responsible, no action was taken. (FASA RPG module: Federation Ship Recognition Manual)
