The USS Bonestell (NCC-31600) was a Federation Oberth-class scout in service to Starfleet in the mid to late 24th century. (ST reference: Star Trek Encyclopedia)

Kathryn Janeway served on the Bonestell from 2362 to 2365. (VOY novel: Pathways)

In 2367, the Bonestell was destroyed by a Borg cube's cutting beam when recording tactical data for Starfleet during the Battle of Wolf 359. The explosion of the Bonestell was visible through the window of Benjamin Sisko's quarters as Sisko discovered the body of his wife Jennifer.
