The USS Capetown was an Akira-class vessel that took part in the Dominion War shortly after its construction at Utopia Planitia. It fought in Operation Return and took part in the first battle for Chin'toka. During this battle it was heavily damaged by the unmanned weapon sattelites. It was destroyed in the battle with most of its hands still onboard, the survivors were later rescued and dispersed on other ships lacking in personel. (DS9 video game: Dominion Wars)
