The USS Champion (NCC-26233) was a Federation Miranda-class (Reliant-subclass) class XI cruiser starship in Starfleet service in the 23rd century. Champion entered service in the 2280s, on reference stardate 2/1604. (FASA RPG module: Federation Ship Recognition Manual)

This vessel was succeeded in name by the Defiant-class USS Champion in the 24th century. (TNG video games: Armada, Armada II)
