The USS Cybele was an Ambassador-class starship in service in the 24th century.

In 2363, the Cybele, under the command of Captain ch'Regda, served as the flagship of Captain Jean-Luc Picard's fleet of seven starships to prevent the Regnancy of the Carnelian Throne from accessing the Manraloth archive.

The fleet, which was made up of the Cybele, USS Thelian, USS Tecumseh, USS Malinche, USS Victory, USS Puttkamer and the USS Nautilus, assembled in the Mirfak system before travelling at high warp to the Kirisha system where they engaged the Carnelian warships. (TNG novel: The Buried Age)
