The USS Denver (NCC-54927) was a Federation Yorkshire-class colony transport in service to Starfleet in the 24th century. (ST reference: Star Trek Encyclopedia)

In 2368 the Denver struck a Cardassian gravitic mine whilst carrying 500 colonists. The USS Enterprise-D rendered assistance and provided medical care to the wounded. (TNG episode: "Ethics")
