At some point in her thirty years service up to 2333, Mollie Katz served as a transporter chief aboard the Exeter. (STA novel: Gauntlet)

By the 2360s the Exeter had been decommissioned or lost and replaced by a another vessel bearing the name Exeter. (TNG episode: "The Wounded")
