The USS Faraday was an Oberth-class Federation starship in service during the late 23rd century.
This ship was used in Starfleet Academy bridge crew training simulations for the Class of 2288. (TOS video game: Starfleet Academy)
- This ship was never seen in-game nor listed in the in-game Library Computer. Captain Sulu actually misidentifies the USS Hawking as the Faraday in a simulated mission from the game's expansion pack, Chekov's Lost Missions.
- Named after Michael Faraday, a British scientist (a physicist and chemist).
