The USS Grace Hopper was a starship in service to Starfleet in the 24th century.

Lieutenant Commander Antigone Chen transferred from the USS Wounded Knee to the Hopper on stardate 57809 (late 2380). During the Borg Invasion of 2381, the Hopper was assigned to defend the Zeta Fornacis system, and was lost with all hands during its engagement of the Borg. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
