The USS Honshu (NCC-60205) was a Nebula-class Federation starship in service in the 24th century. The ship had an illustrious service career. (ST reference: Star Trek Encyclopedia; Decipher RPG module: Starfleet Operations Manual)

In 2374, the Honshu was one of sixteen Starfleet vessels assigned to defend the Setlik system against Cardassian forces during the Dominion War. (SCE eBook: War Stories, Book 1)

Shortly after, the Honshu was transporting Skrain Dukat to Starbase 621 to stand trial for war crimes when it was attacked by Cardassian vessels and destroyed. (DS9 episode: "Waltz")
