The USS Jefferies was a Galaxy-class starship in service to Starfleet in the 24th century.

In 2379, the Jefferies became a part of Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge's supply circle. (TNG novel: A Time to Hate)

The Jefferies was named for Matt Jefferies, designer of the original USS Enterprise for the original Star Trek television series.
