The USS Jenghiz (NCC-501) was a 23rd century Federation starship, authorized on stardate 0965 by Starfleet for construction as a Mk VIII Saladin-class class I destroyer. (TOS reference: Star Fleet Technical Manual)

It is not known if this vessel was constructed, as the source only specifies that the vessels were authorized for construction. Since the registry NCC-501 was later used for the Antares, it might be assumed this vessel was not built under the same number.
