The USS Khitomer (NCC-66613) was a Federation Nebula-class starship that was in Starfleet service in the late 24th century.

The Khitomer was commanded by Captain Jae Yi until he was transferred to the USS Dauntless in the year 2378. Captain Yi was reassigned to the Khitomer following the destruction of Dauntless during the Kessok incident of that year. The first officer of the Khitomer was Commander Jonathan Willis.
