The USS Kyushu (NCC-65491) was a New Orleans-class starship in service in the 24th century. In 2367, the Kyushu participated in the Battle of Wolf 359. It was destroyed, along with 38 other starships. (TNG episode: "The Best of Both Worlds")

The Kyushu had been deployed by Admiral J.P. Hanson, along with the USS Gage and the USS Melbourne, against the Borg. The Kyushu was destroyed before the USS Saratoga. (DS9 novelization: Emissary)
