The USS Mayflower (QTD-2235-E) was a 24th century Federation starship, a Sovereign-class battleship[2] in Starfleet service in the 2370s decade. (ST - Godshock comic: "Part 6")

The ship carried its own assignment patch, which stylized the name as uss mayflower. (DS9 episode: "Family Business")

In the 2370s, cargo containers with the USS Mayflower assignment patch were frequently stored at the Bajoran-Federation space station Deep Space 9. (ST reference: The Star Trek Encyclopedia)

Containers from the Mayflower were on DS9 in the year 2371. (DS9 episode: "Family Business")

The Mayflower containers returned in 2372. (DS9 episode: "Indiscretion")

Containers were present as of stardate 49556.2, during the Federation-Klingon War of 2372-2373. (DS9 episode: "Sons of Mogh")

Delivery to DS9 continued in 2373. (DS9 episode: "Nor the Battle to the Strong")

Containers with the Mayflower emblem appeared as late as 2374. (DS9 episode: "Who Mourns for Morn?")

Mayflower intercepts

The Mayflower-E and a sister ship in 2378.

In 2378, the rogue god-like entity known as the God City of T'Kon woke up and set course for Earth. It caused storms in space along its route. The President of the United Federation of Planets recalled all Starfleet ships not involved in critical missions to Sol at maximum warp. The Mayflower-E was among a fleet of Sovereign-class starships that rendezvoused with the USS Theseus in the the galaxy's Beta Quadrant. The Mayflower-E's bridge crew included a Vulcan officer in the command division and an ensign flight controller. The master systems display announced the ship's status and registry number QTD-2235-E. So seek help from the Prophets, the Theseus then departed for DS9. (ST - Godshock comic: "Part 6")
