The USS Mayflower was a Federation starship in service to Starfleet in the mid-23rd century.

In 2258 of an alternate reality brought about by Nero's interference, the Mayflower was destroyed by the Narada during a mission to investigate a lightning storm in space in the proximity of Vulcan. (TOS novelization: Star Trek)
