The USS Nightingale (NCC-60805) was a Nebula-class Federation starship that was in service in the 2370s. In 2378, the Nightingale was under the command of Captain Nandi Jadeja.

In 2378, the Nightingale was a hospital ship equipped for rescue missions. She towed the USS Berkeley to Starbase 12 after she suffered damage following a Kessok attack. She was later dispatched behind enemy lines during the Cardassian insurgency, and was responsible for recovering escape pods from the the Geble system, and collecting survivors from the USS Dauntless from the Serris system.
