The USS Pike was a Federation starship in Starfleet service in the 24th century.
In 2371, Admiral Noguchi ordered the Pike to Deep Space 9 to help the crew stand against the Hive, although it would not be able to reach the Bajor system until nine days later. (DS9 novel: Objective: Bajor)
