The USS Prokofiev (NCC-68814) was a Federation Andromeda-class starship in service to Starfleet in the 24th century.

The Prokofiev was sent to the Cardassian border in 2370, as well as the USS Valdemar and the USS Enterprise-D in response to the arrest of Chief Miles O'Brien. (DS9 episode: "Tribunal")

In 2376, the Prokofiev was at Starbase 129, scheduled to travel to Edos, and then on to Gamma Trianguli. DTI Agent Stewart Peart had arranged passage on the Prokofiev for himself and Arex Na Eth while under the mistaken impression that Arex was an Edoan. (NF short story: "The Road to Edos")
