The USS Roosevelt (NCC-2573) was a Federation Excelsior-class explorer in service to Starfleet in the 24th century.

In 2366, the Roosevelt was at planet Izar, providing maintenance on the nearby Heyer Array space telescope. During that time, a series of murders were committed in Pibroch City. Roosevelt deputy chief of security Lieutenant (j.g.) Domenica Corsi was assigned to assist Pibroch City Officer Christine Vale in investigating the deaths. (SCE eBook: Security)

In early 2367, the Roosevelt was destroyed at the Battle of Wolf 359. Dr. Riley Frazier was assigned to the vessel, when she was assimilated by the Borg at the battle. (VOY episode: "Unity")

In 2373 the USS Voyager discovered one of the escape pods from the USS Roosevelt with survivors aboard. The escape pod (along with several others) had been trapped in a rift where time flowed at a different rate. Unfortunately the survivors had to re-enter the rift to prevent the Voyager from being trapped inside. (VOY comic: "Ghosts")
