The USS Savannah II was a Baton Rouge-class Federation starship in service in the 23rd century, and apparently named in honor of the USS Savannah, which was lost or destroyed prior to the Savannah II's commissioning. (TOS novel: The Final Reflection)

This might be the same starship as the USS Savannah.
