The USS Thantasaras was a Federation starship in service to Starfleet in the late 24th century.
The Thantasaras saw action against the Borg Collective during the Borg Invasion of 2381, and was fortunate enough so survive the conflict. Shortly after, the Thantasaras proceeded to Starbase 22 to receive repairs, and the ship's medical staff was counselled by starbase counselor, Brian Ellis. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
