The USS Thelev was an Okinawa-class Federation starship in service during the late 23rd century.

This ship was used in the elite Klingon Command Academy bridge crew training simulations for the Class of 2290. As such, she was encountered in the Ypres star system in a simulated mission, in company with the USS Shras. (TOS video game: Klingon Academy)

Named after a member of the Andorian delegation to the Babel conference of 2267. (TOS Episode: Journey to Babel)

Considering that this member turned out to be an Orion spy, it is likely this ship is named after a real Andorian diplomatic aide called Thelev that the Orion replaced in the delegation.
