The USS Tsushima was a Federation starship in Starfleet service in the mid-24th century. The Tsushima was named for an island city of Earth's Japanese nation-state, the surroundings of which was the site of an historic naval battle. This vessel was a successor in the name after the 23rd century USS Tsushima.
In 2367, the Tsushima transferred personnel to the USS Enterprise, including Lieutenant Garrett, Doctor Janice Eardman and an emissary of the Tarn, Commander Harna Karish. (TNG novel: The Forgotten War)
