The USS Tucker was a Federation Excalibur-class starship, commissioned in 2391.

In 2408, Admiral Kathryn Janeway assumed command of the ship, using it to conduct survey missions of the Hobus nebula. She suspected Undine involvement in the star's destruction. (STO novel: The Needs of the Many)

In 2409, Damar Kahn boarded the ship from Starbase 39-Sierra, so that he could study the Hobus nebula. (STO mission: "Heading Out")
