The USS Valley Forge (NCC-43305) was an Excelsior-class explorer in service during the 24th century.

During the Dominion War, the Valley Forge fought numerous engagements against the Dominion, and in 2374 was part of the Federation Alliance task force to invade the Chin'toka system. The Valley Forge was apparently destroyed during the First Battle of Chin'toka by the Cardassian weapons platforms inside the system. (DS9 episode: "Tears of the Prophets")
