No history or fate is established for this vessel as its name was randomly selected for a tender by the game software.

The Vega inherited its name from an earlier Starfleet vessel, a Rigel-class USS Vega in service until the early 2370s. These vessels were eventually succeeded in bearing the name Vega by 2378, when the Excelsior-class USS Vega was in service.
