The USS Wellington (NCC-4395) was a Federation starship, a Larson-class destroyer in Starfleet service in the 23rd century. This ship was named for Humans and locations from the history of Earth. (FASA RPG module: Federation Ship Recognition Manual)

From at least the mid-2270s decade, this ship served under Starfleet's Military Operations Command. (FASA RPG module: The Strider Incident)

Service history and disposition[]

Construction of this vessel was completed by reference stardate 1/9703, in the mid-23rd century, in the 2250s decade, built to Larson mark I specifications. Wellington was upgraded to a Larson mark II vessel on stardate 2/0011. It later received a refit to Larson mark VI configuration, on stardate 2/1208, around the year 2270. In the mid-2270s decade, Marvin Wanglestien began serving aboard the Wellington. He would remain stationed there for six years. (FASA RPG module: The Strider Incident)

This vessel was succeeded in its name by a later ship, the Wellington-class prototype, USS Wellington, by the 24th century. (FASA RPG module: Star Trek: The Next Generation Officer's Manual)
