The USS Yorktown was a Daedalus-class Earth Starfleet starship in service during the Earth-Romulan War.

In 2155, the Yorktown left the Proxima Maintenance Yards after undergoing a refit.

In 2156, the Yorktown was near Andoria when the Romulans attacked. The Yorktown was responsible for disabling several Yravas-class fighters but failed to assist the Challenger. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
